- Produced and coordinated Revit drawings for the Beedie Spring Street development permit submission, resolving redline markups across the set.
- Developed concept design for the Kyle Centre Redevelopment in Port Moody — massing, plan layouts and facade options across Rhino and Revit — and attended client presentations as part of the design team.
- Built a digital feasibility tool for testing mass timber and modular housing schemes, alongside a standardised Revit catalogue of unit types.
- Developed standardised housing modules for Defence Construction Canada.
